The Client
They were instrumental in bringing some of these past events to Singapore, including productions like Wicked, The Sound of Music, The Lion King, Blue Man Group, Cirque du Soleil, and the St. Petersburg Ballet’s Swan Lake.
What They Sought
Sliding Doors Entertainment Asia had planned traditional advertising methods, such as posters and radio promotions, but approached us as they wanted to create social media buzz to reach audiences that conventional marketing might overlook., with the aim of boosting ticket sales.Since they did not have a dedicated social media team, all their social media activity was handed over to us to manage, allowing them to focus on revenue generation.
They also needed marketing collateral, including graphic design, posters, and promotional video editing. They turned to us to ensure consistency and high quality.
Graphic Design
Graphic designers at Cliff Digital Media created several design variations for Sliding Doors to use in their online marketing materials, as well as in printed formats like posters.
Video Editing
Edited existing clips to create two videos: one was a highlight reel to raise awareness among the Singaporean public about Drum Tao’s upcoming performance, and the other was an introductory video offering a glimpse into the performers’ personalities.
Social Media Management
We were tasked with taking over Sliding Door Entertainment’s Instagram and Facebook accounts to promote Drum Tao’s event. This involved refreshing their Instagram bio, writing captions, scheduling posts, and interacting with commenters to answer their frequently asked questions as needed.

Social Media Marketing and Ads Creation
The primary objective was to encourage social media users to click the link in the ads and visit Sisitc’s website to purchase tickets, so we chose a “traffic” objective to increase visits to the chosen online destination. The secondary objective was to raise awareness of Drum Tao’s event on Sliding Door Entertainment’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Content Creation
We developed several content briefs for Drum Tao’s management to film in Japan, which were then sent to us for editing and posting on their TikTok. The aim was to engage a younger demographic on TikTok and make the content fun and appealing.
