FFS Seafood is a business specialising in fresh and affordable seafood, operating at two prominent wet markets in Singapore: Tiong Bahru Market and Kovan Market. They approached Cliff Digital Media to create and manage their Instagram page from scratch, relying solely on photos they provided, with a one-month timeline for completion.
Solution
Keeping the phrase “you eat with your eyes” in mind, Cliff Digital Media selected photos and designed graphics that were visually appetizing, embodying the brand’s motto of offering seafood that is “seriously fresh.” The visuals were carefully aligned with the brand’s color palette to maintain a cohesive and appealing look on the Instagram home page.
To establish a strong Instagram presence, we included “Seafood Supplier in Singapore” in the name to increase visibility in Instagram’s search results when users input those keywords. We also rewrote the bio to highlight essential information, emphasising the freshness and affordability of the seafood, as well as the locations, opening hours, and business phone number for delivery options. These key details were then translated into visual posts and pinned at the top of the page, ensuring they are the first thing users see and click on when looking for more in-depth information.
